Bangor Wine & Oyster Shed

“From its inception in 2014 until June 2017 my husband and I were half owners of the Bangor Wine & Oyster Shed, and the Shed was my main photographic subject for these three years. My husband Tom produced the oysters from our oyster farm in Norfolk Bay, while I created images to market the business. This gave me a new insight into the Tasmanian Tourism Industry and the importance of building “the look” of a brand through strong photography and constant adherence to a well designed style guide.”

The Bangor Wine & Oyster Shed was an award winning cellar door, farm gate shop and restaurant in Dunalley Tasmania, brimming with cool climate Bangor wines, freshly shucked oysters and local produce. It has since been renamed the Bangor Vineyard Shed.
